The numbers that I have seen do not seem right. I go to college and it seems like at least 70% smokes marijuana occasionally.
Some statistics say that kids are less likely to go to college if they smoke, however I think that the kids who go to college are just too smart to get caught…

It varies college to college. For the biggest “party college” 70% sounds kind of low.
I believe that you just answered your own question, the media and people in power want you to believe that only low lifes use pot but many business owners and hard working people use it, hell the last 2 presidents admitted to trying it and our own Olympic champ does it. The people who are rich now would lose their businesses if hemp was legalized so they are hard at work on a smear campaign to keep people thinking that it is dangerous
