I’m planning on pursuing a career in Animal Behavior – what college degree should I take for that?
Only a few universities offer Ethology, which *is* the study of animal behavior, so while that’s ideal, chances are slim of me doing that. So barring Ethology itself, what is the best major – Zoology, Animal Science, Biology…? I’d rather not do pre-Vet, as I’m not going into the medicine. Thank you!

Some schools offer BS in Animal Behavior – I know there is a college in Washington State that offers that program.
DO a search online for “Animal Behavior degree programs” alot of schools will pop up, and also websites that have grouped all the colleges together by degree will pop up – they are very useful.
A lot of schools have a neuroscience major where you choose a focus on either behavior or micro. good luck
