Although no witness is needed in order to have a woman or girl killed.. Only 1 male liar is needed!! Maybe blow up a building of innocent people... no, I forgot that won't do it either... Oh, I got it maybe if he threw acid in an innocent child's face for going to school when she happens to be female.... Oh! I am so sorry I think that behavior is acceptable as well...
