I want to major in dance but im not sure what college or university is best for me 2 attend. I also want to stay on campus.

I know that Columbia College exists on the university campus…but what is the difference? Is it considered to be a sort of junior college? Do they both offer the same degrees? Is the only difference that Columbia College requires full-time enrollment?

I’m not a college student yet, now, I’m studying to go to a college.

or is every college good?

I live in Canada and attend a University (MUN) and I am almost finished my Bachlor of Science.. Biology Major.
I know in Canada there is a big difference in College and University. Here.. University takes 4 years plus additional x amount if you’re doing graduate but College you go in for 2-3 years and get a trade and a lower paying job!
What is the difference in the States? I hear people saying they are going to College even though it’s a university!

I had attended a community college. My gpa is 2.6. If I where to go back to the community college or to a new community college and get a 3.5 or higher gpa which gpa will a four year college or university look at?

Is 55.2% a high acceptance rank or not? I havent heard anything about this college and have no idea if this college is any good or not. I want to go there for Architectual Engineering and this is one college, of very few, in a relatively close area to where I live, CT. I want to go to a good to difficult college and would like some insight.
