I want to go to school for medical assisting. If i go through american commerical college I will finish in 12 months and that’s what I want something fast. Will it be a good idea to go there or just go to a two year college?

Well if you can get a good paying job in the field(when your done) then yes its a good way to go!
I too was plagued with that decision 2 years ago. I am going into business, and while there are endless amounts of programs out there that offer such education, not all are accredited. Check the program’s track record for student success, they should have data that lets you know a percentage of graduates in relation to employment after completing the program (specifically, how long it took to gain employment, specific job titles and salaries). After consideration of many factors, I decided to attend The Ohio State University.
In my opinion, an extra year of education is worth the many years of success you will enjoy. On the other hand, any education is better than none.
