I don’t understand why players like J.J. Reddick and Adam Morrison weren’t as successful in the NBA as other rookie, like Deron Williams. Is it because they simply failed to adjust to the game or is it because of the teams they’re on?
I mean, I already have a feeling Tyler Hansborough won’t make the transition from college to NBA while players like O.J. Mayo, Michael Beasley and Derrick Rose will very likely succeed.
This appears to have happen in the past too, as many of the college record holders are complete unknowns in the NBA.

Not everyone can maintain the level of competition or handle the pressures of being in the NBA. Granted, every player drafted (Even Kwame Brown LOL) was a great high school/college star, but there’s always someone better.
Health has a lot to do with it too.
th defence in NBA level is too good, you need more than just shooting to make it in the NBA
