I’m 19, female, going to some Halloween Parties and
wondering what Halloween Costumes are in for 2009?
I don’t want anything goofy or sexy like over the top skimpy.
But something cute and yet a great costume.
I’m just starting school for make-up and hair so if you any
ideas involving hair and make-up to help make a costume will help!
