well for one thing.. everyone lives right on top of eachother at college. you shower in the same place, go to classes together, eat together… and you don’t have to worry about paying for those things until after you graduate.. for most typical college students
in the real world you have to pay for just about anything you do and handle all issues on your own. you don’t walk out your bedroom door and see all of your friends down the hallway (unless of course you live together)
really, as a commuting college student, i think on campus life is sort of like everyone camping out together…. at a school
